Hypnosis is not safe. False. Hypnosis is very safe, and no one has ever been hurt by hypnosis. Hypnosis is not a form of mind control, and you cannot be forced to do anything against your will. You are always in control, and you can choose to accept or reject any suggestion.
You can get stuck in hypnosis. False. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis, and this has never happened to anyone. The worst-case scenario is that you fall asleep, and you will wake up naturally when you are ready.
Hypnosis is a state of unconsciousness. False. Hypnosis is a state of focused consciousness, where you are more aware of your inner world and less aware of your outer world. You are not asleep, and you can hear everything that is said to you.
The wording of “Sleep” in hypnosis means close your eyes and go deeply relaxed as if you are asleep. True. The word “sleep” in hypnosis is a metaphor that means to relax deeply and enter hypnosis. It does not mean to fall asleep literally, although some people may do so if they are very tired.

This program was designed to be a practical therapy. With the help of NLP and Hypnosis tools, the program outcomes relate to self-acceptance, clarity of direction, personal fulfillment, reframed limiting beliefs, clarity of goals, self-acceptance, fears reframing such as a fear of failure, rejection, insecurity, lack of money, purpose, perfectionism, negative self-talk, criticism, confidence.

What is in the program?
- This program was well-premeditated, and the sessions were built in a way to cover all challenges that stay in the way.

In the first session, I will use the "Future Pathing Technique", which will show the desired future and will give clarity of direction. At this stage, we will start building a compelling future.
Here as well will be applied "Parts Therapy" which will help to remove the internal "Controller", "Protector", and "Evaluator". These parts overprotect us bringing doubts such as "what if?" that lead to negative self-talk and self-doubts.
In the second session, we will work on goals, the reverse technique will be used, mostly concentrating on - What I do not want. At this stage, we will identify what you want and what stays in the way.
In the third session, we will identify the limiting beliefs, we will dedicate the whole session to it reframing it into empowering choices and affirmations.
The fourth session, we will dedicate to "Regression Therapy" to identify the root of self-limiting beliefs, such as "I am not enough", as it is the main cause of low self-esteem, perfectionism, fear of failure and rejection, impostor syndrome, procrastination. The outcome of this single session will be self-acceptance and many more.
The fifth session will be dedicated to "Procrastination", "Insecurity", and "Fear of Failure", to make sure these are removed, we will apply the different therapeutic techniques from Hypnotherapy and NLP, and it will make the transformational change.
The sixth session will be dedicated to "Regression Therapy", within this session you will be guided back in time to Find the Purpose that you were absolutely clear about, but it was forgotten along the way.
The seventh session will be dedicated to building confidence. The suggestion therapy will be used along with anchoring the desired state.
The eight sessions will be dedicated to goal revision, at that stage you will have a clear understanding of your purpose and self-acceptance.
Here, a "Timeline technique" will be applied which will lead to clarity on the action you should take to accomplish this goal/goals.
The program will conclude with signing a 'Declaration" a promise to yourself that from this moment you will be in charge of your new life.

A: Your first session will last up to two hours, as we will go through a detailed consultation and assessment. Subsequent sessions may be shorter, depending on your needs and progress.

A: Most problems can be resolved in a single session of two hours. However, some situations may need up to three sessions. I will provide you with ongoing support, including a recording that will help you consolidate and apply the learnings from your session.
Q: How much does the therapy cost?
A: The price of your therapy will vary depending on your specific needs: please get in touch with me to talk about them and learn more.
A session lasts for two hours, and any extra time on your first session will be billed at half the rate.
Q: How can I pay for the therapy?
A: You can pay with a Visa or Mastercard.
Q: What if I miss or cancel an appointment?
A: I appreciate that sometimes things come up, and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please let me know as soon as you can.
If you cancel 48 hours before the appointment, you will be charged 30% of the fee, 24 hours before, the charge will be 50% of the fee.
Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the fee.

A: Before your session, please think about the issues that you want to work on and the desired outcome, and be ready to embrace positive change. You will also need to sign the “Informed consent to participate in a hypnosis session” form, which you can download below.
If you are an online client, you will need to provide an emergency contact, such as your doctor or a close friend/relative, who can be reached in case of any technical or medical issues during the session.
